Pleasant Grove Church - "Where Love Runs Deep"
Pastor Manuel Donis
Galatians 2:20
I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Romans 10:13-14
But how are people to call upon Him Whom they have not believed [in Whom they have no faith, on Whom they have no reliance]?  And how are they to believe in Him [adhere to, trust in, and rely upon Him] of Whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without a preacher?

St. John 13:35
By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

The church building is a Hospital and we take care of the spiritually sick, lame, weak and  broken until they are strong enough in the Word of God to take care of themselves, then we send them out to
"help others"

Matthew 25: 37, 40 NRSV
"Then the righteous will answer him, “Lord, when was it we saw you hungry and gave you food, or thirsty and gave you something to drink?”… And the king will answer them, “Truly I tell you, just as you did it to one of the least of these who are members of my family, you did it to me.”"

PRISON  MINISTRY
 Chaplain Edward Baxter
West Tennessee State Penitentiary
Mathew 25:31-34
“When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.

Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

Luke 5:30-31
Now the Pharisees and their scribes were grumbling against Jesus' disciples, saying,
Why are you eating and drinking with tax collectors and [preeminently] sinful people?

And Jesus replied to them, It is not those who are healthy who need a physician,
but those who are sick.
